It’s 2am again and I have GOT to start getting to bed earlier, so I’m not going to write much. And as you can tell, clearly this is some family photography…pretty self-explanatory, right? :P

For those of you who read the blog for the writing and not for the photography, if you look off to the right you’ll see categories. Click on whatever subjects you’re interested in reading about and you’ll bypass the rest.

Anyways, back to the session…I was excited when Jennifer suggested that I photograph her family in Quinta Normal because A. I looooooove Quinta Normal Park. It’s huge and has a ton of great backdrops. B. The Fall colors right now are out of this world. And, C. The park has special meaning to the Spande family because it’s been one of their favorite spots in Santiago ever since they’ve moved here. Choosing a place with sentimental value for photo shoots is always a great idea. Now they’ll have documented beautiful memories of the 3 years they spend down here at The End of the World! Especially when the kids grow up, they’ll be able to look back and say, “It was so awesome that we lived in Chile of all places when we were little!”

Thanks guys, hope you love your photos!!!

Aren’t these reflections cool?

I’m glad we tried this graffiti wall as a backdrop. It’s a little unexpected for typical family portraits, but it definitely works!

Of course we had to take advantage of all the leaves!
