[...] Kai and I shot our first boudoir session! I’m sure there are plenty of people that are opposed to the idea of boudoir sessions in general, but I love them. I think when tastefully done, they can be beautiful, artistic and not raunchy … so we were really excited when our darling photography friend, Kyle, wanted us to photograph her. She actually photographed my and Kai’s boudoir session a couple of years back so it was time to return the favor! First, I colored and styled her hair and then we headed to this awesome, new hotel in Grand Rapids for the session. The lighting was surprisingly awesome for a November, Michigan day and we are thrilled with how the photos turned out! You can check it out here on our photography blog! I have to admit I’d thought if this once and didn’t really know or think I could pull it off. I guess you have to just be confident to do couples boudoir photography and be able to make it look classy. This is a great example and shoot. thanks for sharing your images.
