Here are a few random photos of Paris, France, that we didn’t manage to fit in the other blog posts, so they’re sort of from all over.

Reminders of Chile everywhere. Only a couple thousand kilometers from the Eiffel Tower — and see Seba in there?

This was actually a department store that had an entire basement filled with amazing shoes — all the way from designer to normal more affordable brands. I could’ve spent all day in there.

The sea of tourists outside Notre Dame was insane.

So that’s all she wrote for France. Tomorrow I’ll start writing about Oslo, Norway.

Fned’s hubby, who is a very good photographer himself, took us out on a little photo expedition of Montmartre, a hill in the middle of Paris where you can get some great views of the city. On the way there I had to go to the bathroom. We stopped to have a coffee at a little cafe, because you can only use restrooms of most places in Europe if you buy something. While we were having coffee, the skies opened up and it started pouring.

Nonetheless, I think we got some good photos. We all got drenched but the sacrifice was totally worth it.

I was loving the weird light refractions caused by the rain.

As a bonus for braving the rain, we didn’t have any people in our way when we went to photograph well known monuments, churches and other general sights of the city.

I want this shoe/couch in my living room. Except I don’t have a living room. Or 900 Euros to spare.
