I am ridiculously proud of not only shooting this wedding, but being a part of it. Truly an honor.

And because of that, you get 30 some photos :) That’s way more than the usual 20 that I try to narrow down to, but we shot for 12 hours on the wedding so I have more that I feel make the cut than normal. I know it’s a lot to look at but if you have a minute, scroll through — these wedding photos are worth it. Anita and Alan were pure joy. All day long.

Anita y Alan eran pura alegria. Todo el dia

I told you, pure joy. Anita was so happy to see more guests arriving.

When Anita’s dad saw her for the first time his reaction was priceless. “You look so pretty! Seriously, gorgeous, DUDE, how are you so beautiful?!?”

More pure joy. It could not be contained by anyone.

Mas alegria. No podia ser contenida por nadie

I think these next two shots are a good example of why Seba and I are a good team.

I get the big picture…

Yay! Picture tree! I helped put this up with Amanda (Anita’s sister and law and the first ever bride who trusted us with her wedding pictures). I have to admit, hanging those pictures was probably the only useful thing I did all week, aside from photograph, ummm, basically everything :)

Yay!

Awww, these made me cry again.

  9. Amazing wedding. The place was awesome, and so different! How lucky you are, to share all this memories with all the people you capture in your photos, in their happiest moments. How lucky, and talented! Congratulations to you and Don Seba.

  10. Amazing photos, your ability to capture emotions just floors me – I have a lump in my throat, I can't even imagine how Alan and Anita feel seeing these. Just stunning, Kyle.

  11. Just coming back to this from my google reader and I realised that I didn't comment on which photos I love best – which I always like to read when peple tell me, so thought I'd do the same. I LOVE the dress hanging beneath the tree – that scenery, wow! And I love the sun flare pics, of course. Seba's getting ready shots are just fantastic, I love that scene – reminds me of someone else's style but I can't pinpoint it (Jerry G perhaps?) but my very, very favourite is the one of Anita almost completely in darkness, walking up the aisle perhaps? Photo number 171. The way the light just catches in one or two places, it's perfect, Kyle. Stunning.

  12. There you go being all awesome again. This wedding looks and sounds like it was absolutely one-of-a-kind, and the couple was radiant in their photos. The picture tree idea is genius! Lastly, I adore the photo with the team of oxen! You don't see that every day.

You captured all the emotions beautifully! I've never seen as huge smile as Anita's at the alter. These pictures are brilliant! Good job Kyle and Seba!!!

  19. Okay, I think it's time for a book to be published of your wedding photos!!! :)

They were all stunning, but I think my favorite is the wedding dress hanging from the tree. WOW! And what a great idea to have un arbol de fotos.

  22. As usual you have managed to capture their joy in the day and the magic of the location. Lovely. I wonder what it says about me that I have an unusual preference towards the groom getting ready photos.

  33. Im so glad you comented on the dress shot, it took forever to find a place to be able to hang it out safely and have the view of the ocean in the back ground. Also seba's getting ready pictures are always so amazing, it makes me so proud to see how well he does when given the chance to be with the groom as he gets ready.

    Anita y Alan
