I’m friends with Val’s older sister from waaaaay back. We were on the competitive cheer team together. So in high school, I wasn’t besties with Val, but she was friends with my younger brother, I knew she was nice and funny, and her sister generally kept me up to date on what was going on with her.

So I was excited to shoot her and her fiance’s engagement session. I don’t know if it’s that more time has passed or if she’s always been this hilarious and I just had never realized it, but I was cracking up the entire time at her and Ed’s engagement session. We had SUCH a good time catching up. Every conversation went a little something like this:

Me: Blah blah blah.

Val: Blah blah blah.

Both us: OMG, BLAH BLAH BLAH NO WAY BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! HAHAHAHAHA!

I feel like Seba and Ed’s eardrums were probably pierced, but whatever, Val and I had a great time :)

I couldn’t choose between all of these chair pics. Love them all.

This is almost my favorite from the session. It’s the sort of thing you could hang on your wall and people would be like, “Hey! Is that you in that pictures?!?”

Val looks particularly beautiful in this one.

These next three are more of my almost favorites. I do love me some different angles!

Favorite!!! For real this time! Love this one SO MUCH!!!!

  10. Love the pix Kyle. My cousin lives in Nyack. Isn’t it the cutest town? And right next to NYC! Who says you can’t have the best of both worlds?
