Sunday Flashback | Costa Rica, 2006

I’m trying to gauge the interest here — would you be interested in seeing older photos from past trips that I never blogged? Believe it or not, I had a life before a blog and not everything I’ve ever done has been documented on the internet.

Like, for example, when Seba and I went to Costa Rica, many many moons ago.

We were wee little babies who hadn’t even married yet. Actually neither of us had even finished our degrees yet at that point. This was at the end of my study abroad program in Chile and we were on our way to the U.S. with a two week stopover in Costa Rica. It was our first time traveling together. And we HAD SO MUCH FUN.

If people like this idea, then maybe I’ll do a flashback to older trips on the weekends. I don’t want to post too much of them during the weeks because the photos are from before we were photographers! All taken with our sad little point and shoot :) I ran these through Photoshop before posting, but you know what they say — you can’t polish a turd.

Here we are taking a boat from Playa del Coco on the Pacific Coast to…somewhere. That’s the only problem with these historical posts. I had a bad memory to begin with and the accident wiped it out even more. So really, I’ll probably only know the actual country we were in and nothing more! If that lack of information doesn’t bother you, let me know and I’ll keep these posts coming. On the weekends not many people check blogs anyways, so I figure those who are interested can come back and those who are, can carry on enjoying their day.

If these pictures of Costa Rica aren’t doing it for you, you could always splurge on holidays to Tenerife. I bet you can get yummy coconut juice there too.
