I have something important to say about this precious little baby named Dalia.

This baby…

This baby…wait for it, wait for it….

This baby…are you sitting down yet?

This…baby…gave me my first ever maternal instinct. She did something cute and I thought to myself, “I could be ok with having one of these.” If you know me even a little bit, you know that’s kind of a BFD.

Though to be honest, even though Dalia is a bundle of baby gorgeousness, my newfound maternal instinct (yeah, not plural yet) probably had more to do with the fact that her parents are awesome. They haven’t lost any of their pre-baby coolness. Oh. And they still love each other. A lot. Kind of amazing, really. Cassandra and Dalibor are living in a state of bliss during this moment in their life and Seba and I loved every moment of it that we got to photograph.

Cassandra’s emails to me leading up to the session were hilarious. My favorite was when we discovered that “Ava Boo and Dalia are the same vintage.” I think I laughed for about ten hours and then proceeded to email all my other family session clients to ask them what vintage their children are. But yeah, the best part was that meant I got my Ava Boo age baby fix!

HOW CUTE IS THIS KID?! AHHHH!!!

Looooove this picture!!!

I die for this picture. I love it with all my heart.

Ok seriously, if I ever have a baby, I’m going to dress it like this every day.

Look at those sweet little dimpled fingers.

  5. Ahh, she’s sucha little model! In the picture where she’s eating her bear and the one where her parents are kissing her, she’s totally giving face to the camera – she knows she’s a cutie. I love it!

  8. Awwwww…. what a CUTIE!! I love this whole set. I’m glad more people are doing the documentary-style baby photos, because they really do pack so much more of an emotional punch than the more commercial/traditional ones do. Love them!!
