Thrilled to be posting this session today. When I first met Amy and Mauricio, I was enchanted. They are so incredibly kind and warm and just fun to talk to. Now, several months down the road, I’ve gotten to know Amy, because we joined the same “book club”. I use the term book club loosely because it’s mostly an excuse to read great literature, talk about it for 10 minutes, and then drink a glass or nine of wine in the hours that follow. The community of our little book club has been awesome, and not only that, but it’s been an excuse to get to know Amy as a bride and friend all at once. She’s one of the sweetest people I know, truly. I was so happy when we got home after their session and I sat down to look at their photos — Amy’s sweetness and spontaneity translated beautifully into pictures. I can absolutely understand why Mauricio is so head over heels in love with her — and she with him. He’s one of those all around good people where you talk to him for five minutes you walk away saying, “MAN. What a GREAT guy.”

She and Mauricio are not only amazingly gorgeous but they have such a great connection. It was an absolute joy to have them in front of our cameras.

PS. Amy’s stunning makeup? OF COURSE done by the amazing Rodrigo Farah!

I have so many favorites from this session it’s hard to even know where to begin, but this is definitely one of them. Amy looks like America’s Next Top Model. Except way better. Because those girls are cheesy.

Please, you two, could you stop being so attractive? You’re making the rest of us look bad.

I am totally obsessed with the shapes and lines in the next couple of photos.

AHHHH, I looooove these next two!!!

I told you — they are the sweetest. Yay, or yay?

Ok, so like, do the most attractive couples just gravitate to you, or is it your photo magic that makes all of them look so darn beautiful/handsome?! You need to come to London and take me and Rob’s pictures STAT. Yeesh.

She is so, so pretty and he is so hunky–a little unfair that they are such a ridiculously cute couple. Your perspective–composition, lines, light and shadow, and depth–never, ever ceases to impress and awe me. Each frame is a tiny piece of art–seriously awesome, Kyle!

Kyle, kyle, kyle. You have seriously outdone yourself!! Holy crap. The third shot is one of my faves (of life), the yellow pop makes it insane. But then it just keeps going, the whole series with the stairs is freaking amazing!

Wow!!! Todavía estamos en schock con Amy con los resultados de la sesión! Las fotos están increibles, nunca pensamos que los resultados serían tan emotivos… Porque las fotos permitieron plasmar todas las sensaciones de una tarde increible, icluidos los nervios, las risas y por sobre todo: el cariño.
