Bobbi from the fabulous Bobbi + Mike duo sent some wedding album templates for me to try out. Her only stipulation was, if you like them, tell people! Well I LOVE them, which is a giant duh. So not only am I telling all the photographers I know, but I’m writing a blog post, tweeting about how amazeballs these babies are, and posting all over photography forums.

Let me just sum this post up for you — using the Bobbi Shop templates we designed an album in half the time that it normally takes us…and the album looks approximately 17 times as good as it normally would. Approximately.

My favorite thing about the templates is that they look super sleek and cool. And they made me realize there are so many fun ways to put photos together! When Seba or I design albums ourselves, we started feeling like there is only a limited way to put a certain amount of photos on a page and make it look good. WRONG. There are a bajillion ways (again, that’s an approximate estimate) to put photos together in a spread. I’m just not a graphic designer. But Bobbi is…and these templates are freaking genius.

The only problem we had with the templates was that once we got started we couldn’t stop! All I wanted to do was design a 100 page album.

But using them made life so easy. We went through, I’d say, “I need a spread with 3 horizontals and 2 verticals,” and then we’d choose from the many options, insert the photos and BAM! Done! Like I said, the luxury of so many choices made it so that I wanted to add waaaaay more pages to the album we were doing because all the templates looked so fab.

I was never an album design hater to begin, but using these templates made the process even more fun because every spread ended up looking so damn good!

So thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to Bobbi for designing such an incredible tool for photographers and letting me try it out. I am highly impressed and I will be recommending these templates to every wedding photographer I know.

PS. If you enjoyed this post there are a few things you can do to support me:

1. Do your shopping via my Amazon + B&Haffiliate links in the sidebar. You can buy any item on Amazon via that link and it counts for me. Thank you mucho.

2. Easier. Click Plus 1 and/or Like. That takes two seconds and is much appreciated!

PPS. Muchas gracias to all who have done these things already!
