We’ve photographed Karla and Yan many time. You could say we go way back. And over the years we’ve been lucky enough to get to know them better and now consider them some of our closest friends.

Well cool kids come from cool parents. Yan’s mom and dad come down every year to spend some time with their son and daughter in law in Chile. They hang out, see the city, take some mini trips and this time around they got to do a photo session as part of the experience :)

Karla, Yan, Claudette, Robin and I took our little group out on the town to have a good time and get some awesome pictures of them all together.

Claudette and Robin weren’t so sure about the photos at first, but once we got them warmed up they wouldn’t stop hamming for the camera…almost as much as Karla :P

I love these hots of all them laughing! So much fun!

It was a beautiful day at Santa Lucia!

I love how you can get a size of the scale of the hill with Karla, Yan, Claudette and Robin so tiny down there at the bottom!

How cute is this shot?!?!

FAVORITE!

  4. Oh wow, that tilt shift overlooking the walkway, it should be in a magazine for absolute beauty found locally; I bet no one has seen and captured that like you did.

  5. You captured some great memories for the family. Claudette and Robin look very comfortable in front of the camera. I am sure they will frame these memories in their house – I know I would!

  6. Oh, and I’m kinda hating on you because this is in your backyard and not mine :)

    • Hehe, I wouldn’t say it’s my backyard, but I’m certainly closer to it than you are :)

  7. I love them all! I especially love the tilt shift one, and the one where they’re all walking with the flowering tree in the background, it looks like an album cover. And the last one looks like an homage to intergenerational love, which I guess it is.

    • It is a homage to love through the generations, that’s my favorite shot of the day!
